Norwalk, Connecticut – The Connecticut RoughRiders of the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) forward Cullen Kane 97’, from Buffalo, NY has committed to NCAA III's Lake Forest College (NCHA - Northern Collegiate Hockey Association) in Lake Forest, IL for the Fall of 2018.

This season Kane had an outstanding junior season with the CT RoughRiders in the EHL with 27 goals, 47 assists for 74 points in 48 games this year.

“Cullen Kane was a marvelous offensive forward for us this past season with wonderful on-ice vision and super playmaking skills.” Head Coach Eric Lind said. "Cullen’s individual stick handling and puck control made him an opponent’s nightmare night-to-night. He also exhibited tremendous team leadership abilities in the locker room and on the bench throughout the season.”

Cullen is the cousin of the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks star Patrick Kane.

We wish him the best of luck next season with the Lake Forest College Foresters. Congratulations to Cullen his family!
