Norwalk, Connecticut – The Connecticut RoughRiders of the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) defenseman Will Pond from Wilton, CT has committed to the NCAA III's Western New England University in Springfield, MA members of the CCC (Commonwealth Coast Conference) for the Fall of 2021.

“Will was an absolute heavyweight player in the EHL, imposing his force overpowering opponents. He is composed and doesn't over-do the physicality while breaking up the plays. A fluid skater he can take the puck end-to-end with confidence. He has a resonant shot and fine passing ability allowing his teammates to move up the ice.” said CT
